We have a 05-days return policy, which means you have 05 days after receiving your item to request a return.ย

  • You can request a return within 5 days of delivery.

  • Item must be unused and in original conditions.
  • All Original Packaging, tags and accessories must be included.
  • Customized products are Non-returnable as they're made specifically for you.


Valid Reason for Return

  • Items arrived damaged or defective.
  • Wrong items was delivered.
  • Item is significantly different from the description.

How to Start a Return

  • Email us at suroliachandra@gmail.com with your order ID and photos of the product. We will notify within 24 hrs.ย 

Return Shipping Costย 

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. For COD Orders, refund will be via Bank transfer/UPI.ย  ย 

Exchanges

  • We don't offer direct exchanges right now. Please return for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.ย
